As baby begins to settle in the pelvis in the 3rd trimester, we work on strengthening and creating balance throughout your body while creating space in the pelvis in preparation for an optimal & efficient labor + birth. Up to three prenatal sessions: birth plan, comfort measures, pain management, labor + birth positions, basic nutrition, breastfeeding education. Ongoing communication throughout pregnancy. Continuous in-person support during labor through immediate postpartum and breastfeeding initiation. Post partum follow up, also receiving a welcome gift for being apart of the Nurtured family.
